[I’ve always dreamed of seeing as many of our national parks as I could. After 56 days on the road and more than 13,000 miles of driving, I managed to visit 13 of them, plus two national monuments in five states. That may not seem like a lot, but I prefer to travel slow. I spent a lot of time in each park. I camped in them, did as many hikes as I could, and backpacked where possible. I visited all five parks in Utah, and now I’ve been to all four parks in Colorado.

But my work has just begun. This trip was so full of driving and hiking, I didn’t have any time to work on my blog or write articles. I took hundreds of photos that need to be processed. And I’m not happy with the look of the blog. Over the coming weeks I plan to blog about the amazing parks I visited. I’m also planning the next leg of my trek.

In the meantime, check out my Instagram feed.
